Amber Heard is once again under scrutiny over a photo shared during the ongoing trial between her and her ex-husband Johnny Depp.

We are in the final week of Heard and Depp's defamation trial in which Depp has sued Heard for $50 million over the 2018 op-ed she wrote for 'The Washington Post,' insinuating she was a domestic abuse survivor.

As part of the trial, Heard shared an image she took of Depp passed out, allegedly after abusing substances.

However, fans are suspicious about a detail in the photo.

Johnny Depp fans believe Amber Heard used a 'bruise kit' to create fake injuries.

The theory has circulated on TikTok after fans noticed what appears to be a makeup palette in the corner of the image taken of Depp.

A viral TikTok has suggested that the palette is video cuts to a Ben Nye Personal Creme Kit.

Ben Nye carries several products used for theater makeup, including bruise kits, however, the palette in the image does not look similar to any of the products used to create fake bruises that are sold on the site.

The product shown in the TikTok appears to be a palette used to create ordinary makeup looks and features a bronzer, blush, highlight and some sponges.

Amber Heard discussed using a 'bruise kit' earlier in the trial.

The actress referred to a color-correcting kit she claims to have carried during her marriage as a "bruise kit" before correcting herself.

Heard's "bruise kit" comment created a tirade of conversation in the TikTok community, many of whom say that bruise kits are used for making the appearance of bruises for theatrical purposes instead of covering them up.

Of course, it's likely Heard simply confused the terminology and the slip-up may not be part of a wider conspiracy.

Last week Heard discussed the make-up palette to the jury, explaining, "This is what I was talking about as a color correction kit. This is not, obviously, the exact one I used to carry, but I used to carry it with me all the time."

Asking why she always carried the kit with her, Heard explained, "I am typically photographed in L.A. when I leave the house. Paparazzi take my photograph, so I'm somewhat aware of that anyway."

"No woman wants to walk around with a bruise on her face. So if I did have a bruise on my face, or someplace visible, the main thing you have to do is ice right away to reduce swelling, because no amount of make-up can fix swelling." Heard explained last week on the stand.

The "evidence" purported on TikTok is not a bruise kit.

The TikTok video has many people claiming this kit is a "bruise kit" for creating bruises instead of covering them, but this make-up kit on the table could be anything. The comments on the video claim it is a bruise kit because Heard said it was a bruise kit in her correction.

Many claim she slipped up when she corrected herself on the stand last week, saying "bruise kit" before correcting herself by saying a "theater make-up kit."

This is the final week of the defamation trial of Depp and Heard; closing arguments will conclude on the 27th of May.
